Information for those planning their arrival and departure
Access to the St Andrews College venue is from Normans Rd off Papanui Rd, see the Venue page for a map. Parking on site is limited but there is ample parking on the streets nearby.
Convention 2010 opens for registrations and setting-up from 5pm on the evening of Thursday April 1. Over the next three days (Friday April 2, Saturday April 3 and Sunday April 4) the venue will open at 8:00am and there will be a full programme of activities from 9:00am and going through to 10:00pm or later. Monday morning (April 5) sees the convention winding down, the main activities being last-minute purchases, the NZAMRC AGM and the closing ceremony. We expect on-site activities to be over by about 10:30am. Off-site there will be a number of layouts available for casual visits until 5:00pm.

Trade stands
A range of traders large and small will cater for your every need.
Buy and sell
A buy and sell table will operate throughout the convention. Sellers pay a 10% commission on any items sold. Download a form from the Registrations page.
Clinics Plus
We’re calling these sessions Clinics Plus, because the people giving them will be the best we can find and because under this umbrella we will also be having some great workshop sessions. The sessions where our fellow modellers pass on their knowledge and skills are are some of the most memorable and worthwhile activities at any convention. Click here for more..
